1 Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the entity operating the wink pro platform ("wink pro", "we", "our") and each individual who uses the service through the website, mobile app, or any other channel ("member", "you").

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure. If any of your details change, such as your mobile number or payment method, please update them as soon as possible.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at wink pro is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming activities.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit to retain the bonus.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be activated at the same time.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on games approved by wink pro; some games may not be eligible for bonus use.
• If a member violates bonus terms or misuses a bonus, wink pro reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may never be treated as direct cash.

4.3 Other Promotions

Other promotional offers — including weekly reload bonuses, slot tournaments, cricket betting offers, and referral bonuses — have their own terms and conditions. The terms of each offer will be stated in that offer's description and apply alongside these general terms.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, wink pro reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds. In such cases, only the original stake will be returned.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or completed with a delay beyond a set limit after the scheduled time, bets on that event may be considered void and stakes will be refunded. wink pro will make the final decision on such matters at its own discretion.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Assisting with match-fixing or manipulation of results
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements ("arbitrage" or bonus abuse)
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information

6 VIP Program and Cashback

wink pro's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can move up from one level to the next through regular activity.

Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6%, and Diamond 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses. Members must claim their cashback within the specified time period.

wink pro may change the detailed terms related to VIP membership and cashback at any time. Members will be notified in advance where possible.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

wink pro is committed to promoting a responsible gambling culture. Every member is encouraged to play within their means. Gambling should be for entertainment — not as a solution to financial problems.
